Oceanfront hotel with amicable and very amiable staff and wonderful views of the beach. Picturesque and absolutely perfect location, close to everything. And close enough to the ocean side and the ferry in the evening.

the rooms were incredibly clean and relaxing, and the staff and other guests were friendly and welcoming. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was close to everything I wanted to see and do. I especially loved being able to cook my own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which was spotless and had everything I needed. the pub on site had a great selection of drinks and provided a fun atmosphere.
The limited options for eating when I arrived in the evening on the ferry. Although the hotel pub was lovely, I had to rush to get there before 8pm.

I had a great stay at this oceanfront hotel in Sointula. The manager was kind enough to lend me a bicycle, and I even got a free upgrade to a room with a kitchenette. The view from the room was marvelous, and it was very peaceful and quiet. The friendly lady at the desk helped me arrange a fantastic whale watching trip. The room was spacious with a nice balcony and beach right in front.
No breakfast served, but cooking facilities available.

The breathtaking view from the room was definitely a highlight. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the BC Ferries boat come and go was a memorable experience. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with it being just a short walk from the ferry. the staff were friendly and accommodating, showing us different room options and even helping with our luggage.
The limited dining options, especially during the off-peak season. We struggled to find places to eat, with some venues still closed or operating on restricted hours.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter getaway. We loved the picturesque town, the stunning views of the ocean and the sunrise and sunset were beautiful to behold. The hotel rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed having the option to cook our own meals, especially during the Easter holiday when most restaurants were closed.
We had a negative experience with the receptionist. At check-out, the receptionist tried to increase the price even more, which made us uncomfortable.
